[SOLVED] New PC won't post. Post Code "E5"

I can't get my new custom pc to post. Everything is plugged in properly, and the fans and front case lights work, but the post code indicator reads "E5". In the manual it just says this code is "reserved for future AMI progress codes". The mobo is EVGA - Z370 Classified K ATX LGA1151 with an Intel - Core i7-8700K 3.7 GHz 6-Core Processor. There is plenty of power supply. I also have a EVGA - GeForce GTX 1060 6GB 6 GB SC GPU, and on the board both PCI slots have a red LED indicator turned on. This is my first build, so I really hope this isn't some dumb step I'm completely overlooking. Thanks guys!
