So I recently built a new PC and after putting everything together, the PC will not post. It starts and the fans run but after ~10s without a post, it shuts down and restarts and does this over and over again. When it shuts down, the PSU has a 'click' sound like something shorts.
PC Part List:
R5 3600X
ASRock B450M Pro4 (mATX)
Corsair Vengeance 16gb (2x8gb) 3200Hz C16
EVGA 2070 Super XC Ultra
XPG SX8200 512gb
Corsair RM650x
I've tried unplugging and replugging everything, tried to boot without the GPU (I know it won't post but it still reboots). I've tried changing RAM positions, tried with a single stick and on all slots.
Please help me fix my build. I think there is something wrong with the motherboard or the CPU. Please let me know if you have any suggestions or tips I could try. If required I will attach photos.
