Question New pc won't start

Hello, I asked a computer shop near me to build a pc, like they sell components and build pcs as well, my build is
Cpu: ryzen 3100
Motherboard : b450m steel legend
RAM :aegis 8gb 3200
Psu : cooler master 500w elite
Case :sharkoon v1000
Gpu :gtx 1050
I asked them to update bios that support ryzen 3100 and in addition asked to install windows 10 without activation, I already had gtx 1050 lying in cupboard for around a year so I didn't buy new gpu, when I got home, I plugged my gpu in, it gave no video signal, I even tried the dvi port still no difference, then I plugged my fathers old pc's gpu, it is a quadro p600 still no video output, the rgb works, fans spin even the gpu fans spin with 1050 as well, I just wanted to ask you guys is there anything I can try, before taking it to the store

You need to take it back to the place that built it and let them diagnose the problem.
