Question New PC working but no signal on monitor

The current specs of my new build are:

Ryzen 7 3700x
Asus Prime B450m-a
Corsair Vengeance LPX 1x16gb
BenQ XL2411
CoolerMaster 500W psu

So ive cut out all the unnecessary parts for now. When i power on my pc all the fans will spin and the speaker remains quiet. However the monitor shows a "no signal detected" despite using a displayport or vga cable.
I have reseated the cpu and ram multiple times as well as double checked my standoffs.
The monitor was working fine yesterday with my old build.
I also should add that my usb keyboard is not being detected (the light on the keyboard doesnt light up).

Im out of ideas to fix this issue; is there any ideas what might be causing it?

Do you have a video card? Thats probably the reason, your CPU doesn't have any integrated graphics.

I have a 1060 6gb that ive tested with as well.
If i use a vga cable directly into the mobo there is a brief half second period every 5 or so seconds where the monitor detects a signal.

Ive tested multiple monitors and also used hdmi. Still no signal.

You probably need to update the bios, the 3700x wasn't supported until the 2019/05/10 bios update

This was the answer. It works now after ive flashed the bios to the latest update thats compatible with 3rd gen ryzen cpus.

I have the same problem too. Can anyone tell me how bios can be updated?
