I would agree with Impu7se, even if your not interesting in building your own PC 850 euros, which I believe is close to 1000 dollars, too lazy to check the exchange rate. Anyway that is way to much to pay for a computer with those specs.

I agree with HellCaller and Another option is also to check chraiglists and etc. But be careful, try to buy items with warranty)) So you might be lucky and find even a better deal.
