Sorry for lack of info but now Im looking at the Dell 3670....just mainly browsing.

Both the Dell and HP would be sufficient for web browsing and typical office type work. Not good for gaming, if that is a concern.

My personal preference in a prebuilt is Dell, don't like HP's they use the cheapest stuff they can get away with. We had one Dell at work from 1998 that read barge flows and printed shipping tickets and it finally broke this year.
