I'm building a new PC with low budget fo Gaming and I need some advice.

Here's the specs:

- My case is micro Atx

1 x Intel Core i5-3570K (Unlocked) 3.4GHz (3.8GHz Turbo) 6MB BOX
1 x Corsair 2x4096MB DDR3 1600Mhz XMS3 CL9 New Classic

I agree with the z77 (or H77) motherboard comment. If you get an H61 (sandy bridge motherboard), it may not work with your ivy bridge processor out of the box. It may require a BIOS update, which you couldn't do if you had no CPU on the board.

Also, the H61 and H77 chipsets do not allow you to overclock. If you end up getting an H77 board to save money, then you want to get an i5 3570 or any non-k chip, because you won't be able to take advantage of the unlocked multiplier anyway.

And the PSU should probably be returned. For cheap PSUs that are still decent, go with Corsair CX or Antec Basiq series.
