new pcb not seen by pc

i have a toshiba md04aca600 6tb the old pcb board has bad pins so i got another pcb same model i hooked it to the hard drive but it doesnt see it on windows 10. im think the bois is not set up forthe new one maybe. the old one work great til the pins broke. can i set the new pcb bois up by flashing or framwire?? or do i have you unsolder the ics from the old pcb and solder them to the new pcb

You need to transfer it's old controller chip (BIOS) to new one or flash it if possible.
