New Personal rig

So i plan to build a new rig right now,and i need some assistance.I found a combo of a mobo,cpu and ram,i get a i5 6400,8gb hyperx fury ram and a ASUS H110M-K for 330 dollars,and is it worth it?I also want to get a GTX 960 later on,ill play on my MSI GTX 450 CYCLONE 1GB stock oc.The GTX 960 would be 225 dollars,or should i get a r9 380 for around the same price.And will it work on a generic PSU,because i dont have a budget that big for a PSU.

The GTS 450 with an i5 6400... Not M doubt it will bottleneck your system currently, and a generIc PSU is definitely not good for a r9 380 or 960

I really dont have any money for a new PSU,i recently got this one,thus i dont know wich one it was cuz i gave my pc to some friend of my friend and he changed it,but i think its a generic.
