New power supply for my PC?

Hello, my psu have some issues, the psu and cables ripple more often, and i have some problems with the fans and led panels, so i'm looking for a new psu, a psu that doesnt have that much power (850w cap is too high for my system) and sports an gold or platinum 80+ certification, any ideas?
