I've recently built my first computer, it's worked great for the couple hours I first used it. It had a 480W PSU, and it worked well on lower-end games. But higher graphic games like Saints Row and Battlefield, it rebooted my PC. Realizing I needed a new PSU, I went and bought a 600W EVGA Power Supply. After connecting all the cords, I had trouble connecting the 24-pin connector for a while but now I forced it in. But now, the PC will not start. Am I missing something with the cords? Or maybe while switching out PSUs a part broke?

Power connectors are keyed to only fit one way. If you had to force something, you made a mistake.
Look carefully at the 24 pin connector.
All the pins and slots are keyed to match.
One side will have a latch and that side must match up with a ridge on the side of the 24 pin motherboard port.

Usually, there is a 4 pin or 8 pin aux cpu connector on the motherboard that must also need to be connected.

I took out the 24-pin connector and there are no bent pins or anything like that. I made sure the 8-pin is secured, which it is, but no luck. Tried with my 480W no luck either. It could be either I rushed to fast through plugging in everything and forgot something, or motherboard is broken.

Also, no lights on the motherboard when I press the power button, nothing. I double checked the Front Panel connections also.

I tried the Paperclip Test with my PSU, didn't work. I don't wanna give up yet because when my PC was working, it was great. :/

(Edit): It seems my mobo 24-pin is just very tight fitting around the plug in, I double checked for broken pins or wires, nothing.
