New power supply on hp media center m1070n, still wont come on

Hello,
I replaced the power supply on my hp media center m1070n,, but still the computer does nothing. Checked all connections and they are secure, but still computer wont come on. Please HELP!!!

PSU dead or possibly the motherboard was the problem from the beginning.
