New power supply

Very poor, 30 amp on 12 v rail + only 360 watts, don't go for that. What the rest of your PC and budget? Good units can be found for $50 like this one: https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151096&cm_re=s12ii-_-17-151-096-_-Product

I have amd fx 4350 with gtx 960 and cooler master evo 212 and one rear fan.
I know that the minimum for the gtx 960 is 400 watt so thats why i went from this one.
my budget is up to 40 but i can afford this one.
