So Ive finished my build with a new GPU.
I felt I should be getting better FPS based on YouTube videos with RX6800s.
So after running some tests maybe it isn't running to full potential?
Ive never owner an AMD GPU, and the SW is way more complicated.
Hoping someone can save me a week of trail and error with adjustments or diagnosis.

OS: Win 10 Pro 64
CPU: 5900x

Ive started a support ticket with PowerColor because now games are crashing randomly as well.
Im playing at 1080p and getting 155fps average when it crashes.
It crashes ever single time I try to run the benchmark in Dirt Rally.

Sucks that I waited so long for a card and then paid 2x retail and not working right.

Ouch.
I feel sry for you, hope you get it fixed!
Hopefully they aren't really sow to respond. Submitted ticked Thursday evening

User benchmark is showing inconsistent results. And other parts of my system are showing low scores now according to them now that weren't before.
Seems like maybe they are unreliable as 3DMark has very similar results every time I run it, but nothing to compare my components directly to

Okay then.

You've mentioned that userbenchmark is having inconsistent results, that is usually caused by programs and tasks running in the background, therefore, that could be the cause of the stuttering. So can you check the task manager for any cpu/memory hangry apps?
I closed browser and non essential apps before each test too. I left open Open hardware monitor though each time to see speeds and temps
