New Pre-Built purchased, any good?

Looks fine. The PSU upgrade was a good choice. The GPU is a bit weak for the CPU, but that is normal in Prebuilts.

Could be alot worse.

It should be a decent system. Good move changing out the PSU. I duplicated the parts on PCPartpicker and you got it with the OS cheaper than I could get the parts for.
