Question New Pre-built's case fan spins on boot then stop

Essentially what the title says. I got a pre-built within the last few weeks, and noticed that after boot, one of my case fans stops spinning. All of the others work fine. the RGB on the one that stops works fine. I've noticed it correctly spinning twice while gaming. I've opened the case, & all of the wires seem to be properly plugged in. I don't know a ton about computers, but I don't suspect its a temperature threshold thing because it would spin more consistently. What could be causing this, and what can I do to fix it?

You can't be sure its not a temperature threshold thing until you access the motherboard's bios and examine the settings for the fans.

I've never access the bios before. What exactly would I be looking for?
