[SOLVED] New Prebuilt and old SSD

So I bought a new prebilld but I want to add in an old SSD with the files I want to move over. My question is, should I install the SSD in the new PC first then hook it up, or should I set up the new PC first then put in the old SSD after everything is set up?

Get the system working with its own install first.
Later, bring this old SSD into the mix.

Cool thanks! Its a prebuilt PC, says it comes with windows 10 so im assuming the os will already be on the new drive?

If thats what you paid for, and they didn't screw it up, yes.

Well I paid about $1800 on Newegg so they better not have screwed it up lol But I have mostly my music files for my DAW on there and a few games
