Is it true that when you buy a new printer that the ink cartridges are not full? They are maybe half full.

isnt that bullsh!t??? i just got a new printer last month and i couldnt believe it. i didnt get through more than a dozen color prints before the color started to fade out on me... its pathetic...

I would say that printer cartridges coming hafl full is a load of crap. Maybe you should take the time and read the packing or read the website of printer MANF. and see that they generally sell ink carts in 2 different sizes large and economy. Next time read the label and see if ur getting around 20 ml or over 40 ml

And spunkie is right as well. HP printers only come with Economy carts that only come with 23 ml of ink.
