Question New Problem Occurring, Sudden Lagging and Audio Crackling

My Device: Acer Nitro 5 AN515-57 (Already upgraded my RAM to 16GB, and have added Kingston NV2 PCIe 4.0 NVMe M.2 SSD 500GB).
After booting up my laptop, it works fine and smooth for any games I currently playing.
But after a few minutes of playing session, the laptop suddenly lags and the audio began to crackle. The lagging will occur for a few minutes until I either restarted it, or wait for a few minutes.
The lagging continued even after I quit the game, so I think it's not an internet connection problem.
How could I fix this problem?
(The problem only occurred after I added another SSD, so could it be an incorrect installation problem?)

check how hot gpu and cpu are getting while lagging

check ssd with manufacturer's tool and if available update the firmware

check if the bios is up to date on the laptop

So I think its because my gpu/cpu is overheating. So I should just change the thermal paste on it right? or there are more things to consider so it doesnt overheat. (SSD and bios is up-to-date)

if it´s overheating 100°C then yes, repaste and check if the fans are spinning freely
