New Processor or Graphics Card?

I just recently received a new monitor, 1920x1080 resolution. My only problem is that some of my games have gotten slower on their ultra settings. So my question is, should I get a new graphics card or a new processor?

At the moment I have:
Geforce GTX 650 1024 MB GDDR5
AMD A8-3800 APU 2.40 GHz

Also 8 gigs of RAM, not sure if that's necessary or not.

As far as my limits for power supply, 520 watts. Budget of about 300 dollars. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Processor. Get a i5. Watch the difference. Gpu is not bad. Cpu holding you back.
