[SOLVED] new processor or need mobo?

hey guys title pretty much says it all i have this computer i put together and id rather not have to upgrade the mobo(z390) if i can help it but you guys are the experts so...i want better fps in gaming doesnt matter if amd or intel as long as compatible with parts. currently have a i5 9400f which was okay when i was trying to play mmo but no so much now. if someone could help me i would appreciate it so much specs here

Your current motherboard only supports 8th and 9th Gen Intel Core I-Series processors, You could upgrade to a 9th Gen I7 or I9, but that's it. Anything else needs a new motherboard.
