New PSU able to power my GTX 260 in this new build?

I have already ordered the parts for my new build from newegg.com. After doing this I further researched and learned about rails and amps per rail. Now im questioning my decision on this power supply or if it will work with the video card. I'm on a super tight budget so really would like this to work.

Here are the 2 items in question:

[Why_Me]

I have my doubts on that one. It doesn't have a active PFC, it doesn't give the specs on the amps per 12v rails, and it's >70% efficiency ... if you can afford it you might give this one down below a look. It's modular, and it will easily push that card.

It's not a great PSU as Why_Me points out. I would give it a try though. I would never buy one, but I wouldn't instantly rip it out of a system either.

I don't have any trust of that OCZ. It's untested. If you were going to spend that much on a PSU I would get one that IS tested and well reviewed:

No ripple tests, no hotbox, no transient testing on the +5VSB (critical for a smooth sleep cycle).

There was some discussion over at jonnyguru that based on the internals it was not the same OEM as the 700W version, and might be a Sirtec build (a bad thing), as I recall.

Still, I don't want to come off as being totally against the PSU. All I can say is I won't recommend it myself, not until one of the three or four real PSU reviewers gets a hold of it. I expect disagreement

What I don't get is why it's taking so long for one or more of the major review sites to do a review on this psu. They did one on that 700w as soon as it came out, but they have yet to put this one through the stress test. It's like they are dragging their feet.

I'm with Proximon on this one. I hope that PSU is decent, but I won't recommend it or buy one myself until it has been properly tested.
