So I had an old TR2 430W as powersupply and thought it would be a good idea to upgrade it. I bought myself a Corsair RM650x and thought it would be easy to install and everything would go well...
But now, after plugging every cable (that I will describe further), all I get when I start the computer is Q-Code A9 and it goes directly to the BIOS.
Mobo : Maximus Hero XIII
GPU : ASUS GTX 1060 3G
BIOS version : 3401
The cables I used :
- 1 sata for my HDD
- 1 sata for my CD (That I tried just removing cause 2018... Whatever)
- The 24 pins on MOBO
- An 8 pins plugged at the top left corner of the MOBO where I can read FATX12V
- GPU 6+2 pins, only using 6
I tried so far :
- Rebooting multiple times
- Removing all USBs and other useless hardwares
- Plugging HDMI in MOBO and removing GPU (still shows error A9 and BIOS)
- Putting my old PSU back in, now I still get the error.
Thanks for helping me.
