[SOLVED] New psu doesn't turn on

Hello I've recently bought a brand new psu enjoy Astro 750w I have connected everything from CPU 12v 24 pin motherboard pcie 8 pin to Sata HDD. I press the power button nothing happens besides the LEDs on my gpu turn on for 1 second and nothing else happens the fan on the psu doesn't even spin

If it doesn't work return it. Try and get something more known and decent. Suspect you don't really need 750watts, but what parts in the pc?
