New PSU doesn't work!

Just got a new PSU today. Plugged it in al wired up and.. it doesn't turn on. My upper fan LED turns on for a split second then back off. Tried my old PSU and it works swimmingly. So does that sound like I'm part of the crappy like 10% that it failed?

That just confirms that it's dead. Sigh part of the 10% or less of lemons yay me....fml.
