Question New PSU for a Dell Optiplex 380

Got this old PC for free, and I found out that the processor does not work. Since it has a 775 socket, and I have a Q9500 laying around I decided to upgrade it. Only problem is that I need a new PSU, and my budget for it is around 60 $ or 50 € . I found some for that price (EVGA 450B 450W, EVGA W1 500W, Corsair VS450, Thermaltake Litepower 550, Corsair CX430, but are they good enough, will they last?
(BTW. I will only use the PC for internet/lite gaming paired with 8 GB RAM, and GT 1030, no more than 300W consumption)

It is a MT case. So you are telling me that this is the best one for the money? Is there anything else, because I can't find this one in my city, , there is CX 430 tho.
