I think OP is concerned about the video card interfering with sata ports. Looking at the picture of that video card, the heatsink shroud doesn't go all the way to the bottom of the PCB. The fan plug at the right as shown on Asus's overview page for the card might interfere with one of the sata ports, but the others will be fine.
Yes, the HX650 should be enough in that system to allow overclocking an i5 2500k. However, you'll need to upgrade to a P67, Z68, Z75, or Z77 motherboard first. H61 motherboards don't really allow cpu overclocking.
yepp thats why i said maybe in future will oc. thnx but my doubt isnt clear yet what abt sata problem i use 2 sata ports only and what about elite 431plus cabinet

I have the CM Elite 431 plus and it sucks for cable mgmt, but has front USB 3.0. What is your problem?
In modern PSUs a pin is removed. Look at this wiki article, and scroll to the "Power Supply" section and read under the 24 pin picture. You'll see the 20th pin is gone and an explanation. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ATX
