Question New PSU looking for an advice

Hello everyone

I am looking to buy a low- middle budget PSU with 620+ watt. The second parameter is low noise (currently using Vp Antec550 which is great but probably not enough) Any ideas?
EVGA bq650/Corsair Cx650 (new series) is on my current wish list..

*Not only for gaming usage

GPU: to be r9 290
