New PSU necessary?

Just wondering if I will need a new power supply if I upgrade my GPU.

My current system:

FX-8350
MSI 970 Gaming Mobo
EVGA 750 Ti Sc 2GB
8 GB Ripjaws
CX430
WD 1TB and a WD 500GB

I want to upgrade to an MSI 960 4G, PCPartPicker says the 430 watt PSU would be able to handle it but I'm uncertain...given I would have very little headroom. I also have my CPU overclocked to 4.2 Ghz so that would draw a little more power as well. Just want to know if my CX430 would be capable or if I should get something with 500 or 600 watts. Thanks

Yes... I would go at least 550 watts

You will need new PSU because of your OC CPU.

Get this one is cheapest good quality PSU and you will also have some room for future upgrades.
