New PSU needed

I recently upgraded to an EVGA GTX 780 card, and the power supply I have is incapable of running the system when power is needed. And by incapable I mean it completely died. I have no idea what to look for when it comes to PSUs.

I have an i5 2500k CPU and an NZXT Phantom 410 mid case.
