New PSU not letting my PC turn on

Could someone please help me with this? I just got a EVGA supernova 750w b2 to replace my CX 430m and it isn't working. I have the neccassary cables, the mobo CPU and GPU, that come out of the PSU directly plugged in and then my hard drives on the SATA 1 spot, my fans on periphial 1, and my disc drive on periphial 2. When I plug the PSU in and turn it on it makes a barely audible buzz ( I wouldn't be able to hear it without putting my ear up to it) and my PC won't turn on. A little green light that is normally on is on on the mobo bit nothing else will turn on. Please tell what is wrong with it, I'm able to test suggestions too. Thanks!

Try unplugging everything and reconnect, making sure all connections are seated. Do you have a PSU tester on hand?

If all you've replaced is the PSU, then you can always plug your CX 430m back in to see it the B2 is DOA. However, the B2 is normally a much better built PSU than the CX
