Question New PSU not turning on PC

Hey. I got new psu and after I connected everything my PC is not turning on.
Led on Ethernet port is ON so I guess PSU is giving power.
cpu, gpu, mobo is connected
On psu I have I

Z690 DDR4
i5-13600k
Fortis 5 CPU Cooler
RX 570
Old psu:Seasonic SS-520GB 500w Active PFC F3
New psu: seasonic plus 750

Cooler Master CM Force 500

Check your power switch header. Perhaps one of the cables is loose so the power switch isn't sending the signal.

In this case, it may be worthwhile to consider whether you want to breadboard the system or not, but would remove the graphics card, plug back in your old PSU if it was still working and do a quick check for operation that way. If so, send back/return the new PSU.
Old PSU is working, I am right now using that PC.
 
Yup, I would consider that the new PSU might have come BOB. I have always considered Seasonic to be among the good ones, but I suppose anyone could have a bad unit from time to time. I actually hope that is all it is.
