I am having a problem with my new rig and it's PSU. To give you a little background, it's an AMD FX-6300 on ASRock 970DE3/U3S3 and a Asus GeForce GTX660 with factory OC. The first PSU I had was some cheap Chieftec, and I managed to kill two of those before I realised I should have gotten a better one. The next PSU was a 570W Gigabyte (bought it without any research, turned out that it would most likely be unable to handle the GPU). I used that just to confirm that the CPU and mobo weren't dead, and they were all OK. Now, the main problem - I bought a Corsair CX600 V2, which I had seen some decent reviews on, and by all parameters, seemed enough for the rig. I hooked it up (without the GTX660, I was afraid to kill it. Had an ancient S3 GPU in the PCI slot instead) and expected it to run. However, what happened was - the fans span for a moment, then stopped. All this time there was no output to the screen, and the power (I guess) LED was constantly on.

Any help on getting the machine running?
