Question New psu pc won't turn on

I bought a new psu today and changed everything how it should be. But Pc doesn't work. I've made some researches and found out that paper clip test. When i tried psu worked well.
i really dont know too much about psu's but the old one had 2 pin empty in 24 pin connector and the new one has just 1 missed.

So what should be the problem? Please help.

let me start from the beginning. I bought a computer from the second hand to my girlfriend.
Hp Omen
Processor: I7 8700
Cpu Cooler:SilentumPc Sprartan 4 Evo
Ram: Hyperx Fury 16gb 2400Mhz
Graphic Card: Gtx 1060 6gb
Mainboard: A Hp Mainboard i've never seen before

2 days ago i decided to change some parts step by step first i changed case then today psu. I wanted to change the mainboard beacuse there is no too much option i cant even open bios .

the psu which i bought is SILENTIUMPC Elementum E2 550W 80 Plus.

i know but is there any difference between them ? because one has missed 1 pin and the other one 2

Probably the pinout of the Omen PSU is different.
