Question new PSU rattling in an nzxt s340 case

I have had this issue for a while, where the power supply starts clicking or rattling in a weird pattern under high load. I thought it was just a weird PSU and ignored it for a few years. However, I have recently upgraded my pc, with a new PSU as well and the clicking still occurs.
My old PSU was a "Be quiet! PURE POWER 10 500W", the new one is a cooler master mwe gold 550W.
The pc case is an NZXT s340.

Anyone have any idea what could cause this?

So fold up some paper (or a post-it note since it has a sticky to keep it in place) and jam it into the space that's causing the rattle.....

Its not the whole PSU that is rattling in the case, it sounds like there is something inside the PSU that is doing the clicking sound.
For good measure I pressed on the back grill of the PSU to 'hold' it in case that was the cause, but the clicking resumes

Sometimes there's a plastic "aiflow diverter" inside the PSU touching the fan. I've had those rattle on the fan frame before. Used a felt pad (about the diameter of a shirt button with a sticker on the opposite side) to shim those.
