[SOLVED] New PSU, when presssing the power button all fans turn on but then immediately shut down.

MOBO RGB lights turn on but nothing happens on the CPU. We've checked all connections on the CPU and sata cables and everything looks to be plugged in correct.
SPECS:
Z390 gaming MOBO
CPU: Intel i7
H100i AIO pump
PSU: EVGA 850 gq

The power light on the header stays on after pressing it but nothing boots.

We replaced everything but the SATA

Start by replacing that as well. Modular SATA power cables are no more universal than the rest of the power cables (i.e. not at all).

No, you just said SATA which is unclear (there are SATA power cables and data cables).
