New PSU ?

I should get a new PSU or a CPU fan ? (my cpu temps are over 75C all the time)

CPU: Q8300
GPU: Msi GTX 750 ti

New cooler. Get a Cryorig H7 and some good quality thermal paste.

Didn't even list your Psu, but yes I'd get a new CPU fan. Cryorig h7 is really overkill for that CPU. But i highly recommend it. It also comes with good thermal paste

If you want to spend least put can get one from cooler master
