Based on assuming you're looking at USD and current prices on pcpartpicker:

Most budget friendly but still good quality:
Power Supply:
Corsair CX (2017) 550 W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply ($64.99 @ Amazon)
Total: $64.99

Power Supply: Cooler Master MWE Gold 550 W 80+ Gold Certified ATX Power Supply ($76.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Total: $76.99

Power Supply: BitFenix Formula Gold 650 W 80+ Gold Certified ATX Power Supply ($79.00 @ Amazon)
Total: $79.00

Preferable - better but more expensive (which is always worth it IMO):
Power Supply:
SeaSonic FOCUS Plus Gold 550 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply ($91.90 @ OutletPC)
Total: $91.90 - 10 YEAR WARRANTY

Power Supply: Corsair TXM Gold 550 W 80+ Gold Certified Semi-modular ATX Power Supply ($94.88 @ OutletPC)
Total: $94.88 - 7 YEAR WARRANTY

Power Supply: SeaSonic FOCUS Gold 550 W 80+ Gold Certified Semi-modular ATX Power Supply ($84.99 @ B&H)
Total: $84.99 - 7 YEAR WARRANTY - not as good as FOCUS Plus though.

If you're looking for excellent quality. I'd easily pay the extra $6 to go the FOCUS Plus as opposed to the FOCUS :) 3 extra years warranty too.

You can get some decent 650W for not much more if you NEED it (like the Formula above). If you don't need it, then no point.
