Hi, i don't know anything about hardware so information i'll give could be silly.
anyways i have a msi z77a-g43 motherboard and g-skill ripjaws ddr3 4gb ram. i've got a new ram recently, it's a corsair valueselect ddr3 8gb 1600mhz. when i insert the new one my pc enters a boot loop, but rams work when i installed them separately.
i did a bios update, i dont know what should i do next to make them work together.
place i bought my new ram says they are compatible with each other. do you have any idaes please?
