Hello everyone. Built my first PC last year trying to upgrade my RAM to 32gb. I bought the exact same sticks as last year. G.SKILL TridentZ RGB Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 3200 (PC4 25600) Intel XMP 2.0 Desktop Memory Model F4-3200C16D-16GTZR
But now when I install the 2 new sticks i have all the problems, won't launch games or they crash with these new errors I've never had before. Even tested both new sticks individually to make sure they work and they do solo and even together. But used with my older sticks they cause problems. I'm lost at what to do. I had to just take them out and use my old sticks to just be able to play anything last night. At times it cause an error saying my pc needs recovery even though without all 4 sticks there are no issues. Any advice would be appreciated.

You can't just add ram and activate XMP and expect it to work. The timings for a 2x8GB kit are not the same that are required for a 4x8GB kit. You will very likely have to manually change timings for it to work without crashing.

Edit - Also, please post your system specs.
