New Ram/DRAM_LED....No Video Output

PLEASE HELP! I just ordered 32gb (4x8gb) Corsair Vengeance Pro Series RAM. DDR3 2400MHz 1.65v C11 and my DRAM_LED keeps coming on.

Specs:
I7 4790k
GTX 980 SLI
Photon PSU
ASUS Z97-A
(Old Ram) G.Skill Trident X DDR3 2400MHz CL10 2x8gb

Why wont it send out video?

Put the old ram in, boot up into the bios and set the memory specs to match the new ram. ie - 1.65v
I suspect the the cpu cant get the memory running because it's default is much lower.
