New RAM Got Network Issues

I recently replaced my RAM in my PC from 8gb to 16gb.
But upon doing this I afterwards got worse internet.
I'm not good at PC parts, but could this be connected or is it just that my network has gone worse?

What's the DRAM, mobo and CPU? Is the DRAM running to spec?
