Question New RAM issues?

I tried installing Corsair Vengeance DDR5 32GBx2 into my PC build and Im having some problems. The lights on the right side of my board are showing red for CPU and yellow for RAM and my screens arent turning on. I have a ryzen 5 7600x processor, MSI pro B650M-P board and had 16GBx2 OLOY blade RAM before this upgrade. When I reinstalled the old RAM sticks everything booted up without any problems. Ive checked the compatibility for the board and CPU with the new RAM and both work with it. Is this an issue of the new parts just being dead on arrival or could there be something else causing that that could be a simple fix?

Make sure bios is up to date, update if it isn't with old ram. Try new.

Can also try and clear cmos and try again
