Question New RAM kit installed no display but fans are turning?

so bought a ram Viper Steel DDR4 16GB (2 x 8GB) 3733MHz Kit replacing my Crucial Ballistix Sport LT 2666 MHz DDR4 my motherboard only has 2 slots for ram. so the PC turned on with no Display. tries resetting my cmos and all the troubleshoting that are available online but nothing worked. until i tried to mix the rams so one of each works doesn't matter which of the two it works, so i thought maybe it's due to the RAM speed its too high for my CPU R5 2600. therefore i tried to manually adjust the speedit still doesn't work.any ideas?
my spec are as below;
Ryzen 5 2600
Gigabyte S2H B450m
Crucial Ballistix Sport LT 2666 MHz 2x4gbDDR4
GTX 1650 GDDR6

Does it work with only one RAM stick (the new one)?

How did you reset your CMOS ?
Did you disconnect the power cord from the wall outlet and took the battery ou for 15 min ?
Did you use the clear CMOS jumper as per page 18 of you manual ?

no it does not

yes i try all of the methods the clear cmos jumper and the battery i removed it for 30 mins
