Question New RAM No Bootup

I added 3200Hz RAM to my previous 3200, 16GB to 16GB. I've re-seated the RAM 3 times. It seems secure. 2 sticks are T-Create, two T-Force. My motherboard is ASUS ROG Maximus Hero XIII. My system does not boot up. I get no picture.

Your motherboard is incompatible with the new RAM. The new RAM is not put into the proper motherboard slots. The newly installed RAM is not properly positioned in the slots. The amount of RAM that you are attempting to install is not supported by your motherboard.
