New RAM No Signal on Moniter

soo i got 8 GB of ram. this one https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B071VTVJZ8/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
and its not working with my MB? i used my old memory and it works like a charm but my new one wont work please help.
here are my specs:
MB: H110mhv3
GPU: PNY GTX 1050 (not a ti)
RAM: 4 GB
PSU: Apevia 500w
HDD: Seagate 1TB
oh and i almost forgot, Keyboard and Mouse dont work either 🙁

thank you! i feel stupid now. ill be sure to get some real ram
