New ram not booting

Hello, I recent purchased g.skill ripjaws X series 16gb (2X8G) 240 pin DDR3 SDram DDR3 1600(PC3-12800) MODEL NUMBER:F3-1600C9D-16GXM. I installed the new ram and the computer is not booting. It gets stuck on the boot load screen. If I take one out it will start loading windows and then blue screen. I have tried taking out the ram and clearing the cmos and still nothing. My mobo is a biostar I55. There's of my specs are here.

Hello... That MB has 4 slots and a MAX of 16gb... what does your MB manual/PDF suggest for memory size and slot max?

There are SS and DS type of memory sticks too... Did you try using a Memory configurator to determine compatability before purchase with your I55 chipset?
