Hello,

today I bought two new RAM modules for my PC, leading up to 4 modules of the samy type now being installed. I should have 32GB available, but when I open my Task Manager it only shows me 16GB and insists on there only being two used slots.
Bios shows me four modules, so I don't think the slots are not functional.
My PC consists of the following elements:

System: Windows 10
Mobo: Asus Z170 Pro Gaming Intel Z170 So.1151 Dual Channel DDR4 ATX
Processor: Intel Core i7 7700 4x 3.60GHz So.1151
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX black DDR4-3000 DIMM CL15-17-17-35 Dual Kit (x2 now)
(plus GPU and the usual rest which I hope is not important.)

This is what my Task Manager shows me (in German, I'm sorry :l )

Thank you in advance for your answers., I hope you can help me
Best regards

1| Have you made sure your motherboard BIOS is up to date?
2| Have you tried switching out the old ram sticks and populating only the new sticks of ram?
3| Speaking of sticks, can you pass on a link to the ram kits?
4| If the ram is recognized in BIOS then you may need to reinstall your OS.
