Question New Ram Windows 10 won't Boot

I had a 4GB Ddr4 2400 Ballistix Sport in my System now I buyed me a new one I put they together one in Slot 1 and the other in Slot to they had the Same color. I booted my System and it Freezes on the Windows Circle.When I go to the Bios the System Detect both Ram Sticks. I don't know what I need to do.

System:
CPU:Ryzen 3 1200
GPU:R9 380X
Mainboard:Gigabyte Ab350-gaming3
Ram: Normally 1x4gb Ballistix Sports with the new 2x
HDD:500Gb Western Blue and a 300gb western Blue

Mixing ram that not in a kit, sometime works, sometime don't
