PC4 17000 is 2133MHz
that stick is 2133MHZ with possible overclock up to 3600MHz on compatible mainboards and CPUs
marketing always shows u best clock available, product spec sheet goes a bit deeper
But all the 4000 MHz also show PC4 17000...

Which memory should I use to get the real 3600 MHz?

And what do you mean by compatible MBs and CPUs? All DDR4 are compatible with all MB Z490, Z590 and X570, right?

theres probably none "real" 3600 MHz DDR4 stick
as far as compatibility goes
look on g skill QVL list for that stick to see on which mainboards it will run at full speed, if your mainboard is not listed there then u can check mainboard QVL list if that stick is there listed, if its not, then u can get compatibility issues while running it at 3600MHz...RAM has several frequency profiles, slow JEDEC profiles and fast XMP profiles, so that stick will work even on non compatible mainboards/CPUs albait not at full rated speed (hence why most sticks have 2133MHz base clock)

Back to RAM...

I have read here some statements that G. Skill Trident Z Neo series are not good for Intel processors. Is this true?

Another question: I cannot find 3600 CL 16 with 16 - 16 - 16 - 36. Only 16 - 19 - 19 - 39. Is this a problem for MSFS? Do I take advantages to take the more expensive 3200 CL14?

I really need some help on this issue.

Do I really need 3200 CL14 with 14-14-14-34 or 3600 CL16 with 16-16-16-36 for MSFS? I cannot find the second one and for the first one just GSkill Ripjaws V which is (probably ?) less powerful than all Trident Z kits... For CL16 I can only find 16-19-19-39...

I also want to use XMP profiles for overclocking.

What CPU and Mobo do you have ? This is the first relevant question to answer in order to give a good answer.
How much RAM do you want ?
CPU: i9-10900K
MB: MSI MEG Z490 ACE Gaming
GPU: Asus ROG Strix RTX 3090 24GB OC

I want 32 GB (2 x 16 GB). I also would like to overclock CPU and probably RAM if there is a big difference in performance from non-overclocking RAM settings, The main purpose of this build is Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020.

I suppose that you already looked on the GSkill configurator pages that give you all the kits that have bee tested, and working, for you Mobo.

For the 3600Mz 16-16-16-36 kits

,

For the 3200Mz 14-14-14-34

,

Now, finding those kits and at what price is another story.
Bothe these types of kits would give very similar results, as Intel CPU are much less dependent than AMDs on fast RAM.

Yes...

>> For the 3600Mz 16-16-16-36 kits
Impossible to find...

>> For the 3200Mz 14-14-14-34
I can find them but they are expensive except if I go to Ripjaws instead of Trident Z. In this case price goes down from 340 to 290 euros.

For 3600 MHz I can only find 16-19-19-39.

So, the decision is between: a) 3600Mz 16-19-19-39 at 260 euros OR b) 3200Mz 14-14-14-34 at 340 euros.

So, have you look at theses tests ?

It shows how little impact RAM speed has in games with an Intel CPU.
So, I would go with the cheapest kit (260 euros).
Have you looked into other RAM brands (HyperX - Crucial)?
I read a lot of things. Not that one. I will read it.

But with 3600Mz 16-19-19-39 maybe I have little room for overclocking, right? Or can I run XMP profile as well?

I only looked at Corsair and GSkill. HyperX has 3200 but only CL16...

For running at 3600 Mhz, ALL RAM modules need XMP activated. The highest speed without XMP is 2666 Mhz. For anything above, you have to use XMP

Is it not a real problem to buy 16-19-19-39 for MSFS, instead of 16-16-16-36?
Also for overclocking do I get voltage problems and instability?

You are not going get any significant performance if you get 16-16-16-36 over 16-19-19-39. In fact there won't be any difference at all. Just go for the cheapest CL-16 kits and you are fine.
